Feeling tired after exercise

Have you ever felt tired after exercise? There are people who feel energetic after exercise however some people feel really week and tired after a vigorous exercise.

There are a few reasons why you may feel tired after exercise, especially if you exercise in the morning, straight out of bed!

Low blood glucose level tend to happen in the morning as your blood glucose level drops considerably while you sleep. Most of the energy you got from dinner last night is used up by morning, and your blood glucose may be low. If you don't eat, you may feel sluggish or lightheaded when you exercise. If you plan to exercise within an hour after breakfast, eat a lighter breakfast or drink something to raise your blood sugar, such as a sports drink. The good options to eat before or soon after exercise is bananas or protein drink. It will energize you and will give you a good pump.



Also, sleep is an important factor when it comes to strength training. If you have worked hard during the day, whether it is in the office or in the gym for long hours. then must sleep a bit longer for your body to repair itself. If not, when you exercise the next day, you will not even feel to do any exercises. Another factor is dehydration; always drink water throughout the workout, however, don't over drink.



Moreover, start the exercise with some stretching exercises. It is really important to stretch especially when you exercise in the morning as your muscles will be stiff when you wake up. Therefore stretching will improve the flexibility of your muscles and stretching increases blood flow to your muscles, which is important for exercise because it increases mobility and prevents your muscles from tiring too soon. In addition, always stretch thoroughly after an intense workout session to help minimize muscle soreness.
